Application Guidance
To be used in conjunction with the Acrovyn Sheet Installation Instructions.
- Substrate must be dry, sound, mechanically strong, free of dust, loose particles, cracks, wax, oil, rust or other products that could interfere with bonding
- Application temperature range from +15°C to +35°C
- Use recommended textured fibreglass resin roller or A1 Trowel
- Consumption for this adhesive is 200 g/m2
- After adhesive application, wait 5-30 minutes depending on substrate before applying the sheet
- Apply pressure with a roller from the centre of the sheet out to the edges to ensure an even and air bubble free installation
- Adhesive overspills can be cleaned off with soapy water if adhesive is still wet, or with isopropyl alcohol if the adhesive has dried
